Redistricting in Knox County is underway
The Knox County Commission and Knoxville City Council have begun the process of drawing new maps for the next decade following the release of new census population data. There have been two meetings of the Council and Commission for public input for consideration by the redistricting committee.
Now more than ever, it is of the utmost importance to stand and speak for fair mapping that adequately represents the people and to protect the interest of communities to be properly represented.
