Movement for Change! Ken Easterly is an A-E Roadrunner, a Knoxville native and supporter. He is conducting a free Hip Hop Dance class for middle and high school students at the Change Center on Hariett Tubman St. in Austin Homes, just east of downtown Knoxville.
