John Spratling recognized as WBIR Educator of the Week
John Spratling, a history teacher, and coach at Robertsville Middle School in Oak Ridge is the WBIR-TV Educator of the Week in January 2021.
Spratling has been instrumental in the works of the Scarboro Oak Ridge 85 and the Oak Ridge Preschool renaming. He has also developed coursework on the history of the Oak Ridge 85 that desegregated the high school in 19ss, which is being shared with teachers throughout the Oak Ridge School System.
