Starlin Wayne Moulden (age 65)
Starlin W. “Rusty” Moulden, of Knoxville, went to his heavenly Father on December 23, 2020. Rusty was born October 31, 1955, in Knoxville, TN to Johnnie M. Moulden. He was a member of Concord Original Church of God.
Preceded in death by his mother; sisters, Charlene Hill, Tammy and Karen Moulden and stepdaughter, Dionne Benton.
Survived by devoted wife of 40 years, A. Faye Moulden; son, Dewayne ( Jennifer) Moulden; grandchildren, Jasmin and Devon; stepchildren, Deborah, Tammy, Johnny (Tieshka), Pam and David (Akia) Benton; brothers, John (Gloria) and Fate (Zenna) Moulden, both of Knoxville, TN; sisters, Deborah (Raleigh) Wynn of Springdale, AZ and Ola Bell, of Knoxville, TN; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Wednesday, January 6, 2021, a public walkthrough is scheduled from 10 to 11 a.m. at Greater Warner Tabernacle AME Zion Church, 3800 Martin Luther King, Jr. Avenue, Knoxville, TN. Social distancing and face coverings are required. A graveside service will follow at Oak Ridge Memorial Park, 1501 Bethel Valley Road, Oak Ridge, TN, with Pastor Ruby Winton officiating. A white dove release will conclude the service. During this time, we will remain in compliance with the Governor’s Executive Order No. 17 (COVID-19). Flowers may be delivered to the church the morning of the walkthrough.
