You can help to lower utility rates.
KNOXVILLE, TN, (Dec. 2020) – Community Voices would like to hear from you if you are in the moderate to low income brackets and are responsible to pay your utility bill without assistance at your residence. This includes homeowners and renters.
To evaluate the impact your utility bill has on your monthly income, your “confidential” input is needed to effect change, support, and give voice to the working class, overburdened members of our communities.
Information, data are needed from you or someone you know who struggles to pay their utility bill. Completing the survey gives a collective voice on one accord, to be heard. Please take a moment to fill out this Utility survey and submit it by December 31, 2020. Your input can help to structure utility rates in the future.
