The Police Advisory & Review Committee (PARC) 3rd Quarter public meeting is scheduled for 6 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 18, 2020, at the City of Knoxville Public Works Service Center, 3131 Morris Ave.

Hosted and attended by; Police Advisory & Review Committee members, PARC Executive Director LaKenya Middlebrook, Knoxville Police Department Chief Eve Thomas, Deputy Law Director Ronald Mills, KPD officers, and neighborhood leaders and residents.

The City of Knoxville Police Advisory & Review Committee (PARC) will hold its 3rd Quarter meeting on Wednesday, Nov. 18, at 6 p.m. in the public meeting room at the City’s Public Works Service Center. Attendees will be required to wear cloth face coverings and maintain physical distance to reduce the risks of spreading COVID-19.

The meeting agenda includes a review of Knoxville Police Department Internal Affairs Unit cases received during the 3rd Quarter period, as well as committee business, speakers who have requested to address the committee, and an open forum (limited to three minutes per speaker).
