MeikMeals is a specialty meal service offering custom, healthy, affordable, flavorful foods. Elliott is a Knoxville native with Louisiana (Cajun) roots. Catering is available, but Chef Elliott is over-the-top with her prepared individual meals at markets in and around Knoxville, and customized in-home intimate dinners, and dinner parties. Personally, Elliott embraces a plant-based diet, however, meat is on the menu for clients. To learn more, visit Facebook MeikMeals, the web page, or email meikasmealprepserv@gmail.com.
