Marquez Rapheal Williams, age 43
KNOXVILLE, TN – Marquez Rapheal Williams, September 13, 1976 – July 5, 2021, died unexpectedly in the first week of July 2021. He was a resident of the Lonsdale Homes community for over 20 years. His neighbors knew him as quiet, private, and one who caused no problems and was respected by his neighbors.
Marquez is sadly missed by mother Jacqueline K Williams, sisters Lavonda Washington, Lashonda Mackerson, Ebony Mackerson; aunts Patricia Williams, E Maxine Williams-Upton both of Knoxville, and Jasmine Williams of California; cousins John Watts of Austin, Texas, Darvin Williams of Miami, FL and Teriq Upton of Knoxville; Nieces and nephews Eboni Mack, Kevonna Keith, Keshawn and Devonte Holloway, Rodarius Creshaw and Paris Frink all of Knoxville; and his estranged father Baron Hall.
Preceded in death by maternal grandparents Charles E and Myrtle Webb Williams; Uncles Charles “June,” Labon Rapheal “Ray,” and Nelson Richard “Rick” Williams; Aunt Cynthia Williams and many unnamed and unknown relatives.
The family plans to have a memorial service on the weekend before Monday, September 13 which would have been Marq’s 44th birthday. Details to be announced.
