The National Endowment for the Arts has released guidelines and application materials for two programs to distribute American Rescue Plan (ARP) funds as well as resources for applicants.
These programs are open to nonprofit arts and culture organizations and local arts agencies, regardless of whether they have received NEA funding in the past.
Guidelines, application materials, and applicant resources are available at arts.gov/grants. Here are resources that can assist you in the registration process.

Professional Development & Artistic Planning Grants up to $1,000 to support professional development needs of Southern presenters, programmers, or curators.
