David Howell (age 72)

David Howell passed away Sunday, January 10, 2021. He was born May 20, 1948, to the late Henry Alfred Howell and Florence Maudine Howell. David will be dearly missed by all that knew and cared for him.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Henry Alfred and Florence Maudine Howell, sisters; Molly Mae Howell, and Louise Howell, brothers; Robert Charles Howell, William Howell, and James Howell, and niece, Jawanna Denise Howell.

He leaves behind his brother, Dr. John D. (Alice) Howell Sr., nephews; Richard (Iola) Howell, Pikeville, TN, and John D. (Kimberly) Howell Jr., nieces; Talisha (Daniel) Anderson, and Terri Howell, and a host of great-nieces, nephews, and other relatives. Caregivers for over 20-years, Elizabeth and David Crowe; Israel, Alivia Earles, Seraphina Green, and Layla Crowe; also, David and Mary Wolfenbarger. We would like to give a special thank you to Evergreen Life Services and ComCare for their support and love for David throughout the years.

Due to continued concern for Covid-19, the family will receive friends Wednesday, January 20, at Jarnigan and Son’s Chapel from 11 to 11:30 am. Funeral services to follow. Interment at Mt. Olive Cemetery. Final arrangements by Jarnigan and Son Mortuary.
