Las Vegas, NV – Carroll Eugene Upton, formerly of Knoxville, TN departed this life March 22, 2020 in Las Vegas, NV. He was born August 29, 1952 and was a proud US Navy Veteran.
Preceded in death by parents Samuel and Lois Upton; brothers, Ray and Richard Upton.
Survived by sons, Darrell (April) Upton, Knoxville, TN and Samuel Upton, CA; grandchildren, Dacia (Derrick) Humphrey, Andrew (Drew) Upton and Dailee Upton; 3 great-grandchildren; sisters, Wilma Upton, IL, Linda Upton-Willis, Knoxville, TN, Margaret (Dr. Milton) Smith, Knoxville, TN; brothers, Jerry Upton and Stanley Upton, Knoxville, TN; a host of nieces, nephews, relatives, many cousins, and friends.
Visitation 12-12:30 p.m., Tuesday, April 14, 2020; funeral service, 12:30 p. m. at Jarnigan’s Chapel, Rev. Shawn Angel officiating. Interment, E. Tennessee Veterans Cemetery, John Sevier Hwy.
