Melissa Anne Means-Moore
(Knoxville, TN) Melissa Anne Means- Moore, passed away November 23, 2018 at her home. She was born to the union of Geneva S. Means and Horace Means, Jr. in Knoxville and was preceded in death by her parents and sister, Thomasina Fashaw.
She was a member of St. Paul Missionary Baptist Church and survived by former husband Jefferson Moore Sr.; brother, Elder Luther (Johnnie) McMullen, NC; children, Rochelle Means, Shalita Means, Chelsie Means Taylor; and devoted friends, Deborah Griffin and Mary Griffin; nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
The family will receive friends, 4:00-4:30 p.m., Saturday at Jarnigan’s Chapel followed by a celebration of her Life officiated by Rev. Dexter Mims.
